Recurring Ovarian Cysts - What You Are Told Most of The Time Is a Fat Lie

Recurring ovarian cysts are an absolute nightmare for the unfortunate women who have to endure them. As if one time wasn't enough, they usually come back with a vengeance!
Recurring or chronic ovarian cysts are cysts that come and go as they like. In fact, they tend to stay there and never really disappear. What happens is that they shrink and grow back but their roots are firmly stuck inside or within your ovaries. Just picture them this way!
Now, I have a very important question for you.
Can you try to picture what made them grow and develop in the first place. What triggered their growth? Obviously they didn't come from out of the blue so the usual theory that cysts are due to a lack of something, an imbalance in something or anything else that may have disrupted your biological system has to be true. And it is, indeed. However, the reasons are multiple and vary tremendously from one woman to another.
More importantly, untreated ovarian cysts tend to multiply after a while, which makes it even more difficult for a woman to eradicate them for good. Most of the time, this happens because you either don't know that you have ovarian cysts or simply because the so-called "cure" you bought or were prescribed and was supposed to get rid of your cysts for good never worked its "magic"!
Yes, I am talking magic here because the medical profession would like you all to think that hormonal therapy or even surgery can cure and prevent the lumps from growing back. This is what I call a big fat lie and I am not the only one to think so. I know that most of you haven't been to medical school but honestly, if it worked, do you think there would be thousands of testimonies all over the internet discussing the effectiveness of natural treatments? It is all about common sense, isn't it?
Also, believing that chemicals or a surgical intervention can eradicate the nasty little lumps that make your life hell is clearly ignoring the fact that many patients who had to have their cysts surgically removed came back a few months later with more of them and sometimes bigger and worse, which truly confirms that this sort of treatment don't work for recurring ovarian cyst.
Ok, I have said what I wanted to say so now what's next?
Whatever, the choice of treatment, if you are reading this article I am 100% convinced that something isn't right and that you are still suffering as we speak and of course seeking long-term relief, aren't you?
Since I am a firm believer in prevention and as the title says, let's have a look at the one and only way to prevent them from growing back.
Of course it is all about diet, diet and diet. Oh, and a bit of detoxifying too.
Yes, detoxifying your system is very important and let me explain why. Most ovarian cysts form due to a hormonal imbalance, which is primarily due to a poor diet. Too much sugar and refined carbohydrate are consumed everyday and this inevitably is going to play havoc with a woman's hormonal system. How surprising? Yet, many people don't think this way and I believe that this has become rather "normal" to pollute our body without thinking twice about the damages it will cause.

A poor diet also means a great accumulation of toxins within your body and flushing them out is the ultimate first step you should take if you want your recurring ovarian cysts to be history. I know that this may sound like an easy piece of advice but what strikes me is that most people don't realise the hugely negative impact that the food they put inside their body can have on them.
Some of the refined carbohydrates most of us consume are laden with chemicals that our own biological system can not deal with. What happens to them then? It is quite obvious and the answer is that they create chaos and ovarian cysts are a direct result of this. Detoxifying is easy and does not have to be expensive.
All you have to do is eliminate the nasty stuff and replace them with natural ingredients. Drink as much purified water as you can. Limit the unnecessary absorption of medicine if possible and fill up your plate with vegetables and fruits. Nothing complicated here and certainly nothing fancy either.
You don't have to go on a 3 weeks expensive Hollywood diet to get some results. Don't forget that your liver is there to do the job and detoxify your body but what you can do is help a little bit. Please do yourself a favour and do this for a couple of weeks and you will notice a real difference.

If you want to know more about healthy eating then by all mean you can trawl the internet for some easy options but I can assure you that recurring ovarian cysts will soon be a thing of the past if you decide to change some of your habits and integrate more natural and possible chemical free food in your diet. It has worked for millions of sufferers so why should it not work for you?
